Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Product Coverage: Our return policy applies to all Nordvik sauna models
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery date to initiate a return request
  • Condition Requirements: Items must be returned in original, undamaged condition

Restocking Fee

After your order has shipped or been fulfilled, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products. This fee covers the costs involved in processing, inspecting, testing, and recertifying returned items.

Return Transportation

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping arrangements and associated costs
  • Original packaging must be used to ensure safe transit and protect your investment
  • Proper packaging prevents damage during the return journey and expedites processing

Simple Return Process

  1. Connect with Our Wellness Specialists: Contact our customer care team to begin the return process. We'll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
  2. Secure Packaging: Carefully package your sauna using original materials or suitable protective packaging to ensure safe transport.
  3. Arrange Return Pickup: Our logistics team will coordinate a freight pickup from your location. We'll schedule a convenient time for the return pickup and provide you with all necessary documentation. The pickup service will handle the safe removal and transport of your sauna.
  4. Quality Inspection & Processing: Upon receipt, our specialists conduct a thorough inspection to verify return eligibility. Allow 7-10 business days from receipt for complete processing.
  5. Refund Confirmation: You'll receive email notification once your refund is processed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Conditions: Certain items may not qualify for return, including products damaged through misuse, improper installation, or items not maintained in original condition.
