Nordvik Sauna Limited Warranty

Premium Craftsmanship Protection: Nordvik warrants to the original purchaser that your Nordvik Sauna will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the delivery date. This warranty is non-transferable.

Warranty Coverage

  • 2 Years: All sauna components and construction
  • Harvia Electric Heaters: 5 years for heater components, 1 year for heating elements/coils
  • Harvia Wood Stoves: 1 year for all components

What's Not Covered: This warranty excludes damage from: transportation, storage, improper installation or use, failure to follow maintenance instructions, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, external causes (weather, vandalism, etc.), and cosmetic issues that don't affect performance.

Warranty Void Conditions

  • Using non-Nordvik or non-Harvia parts during warranty period
  • Improper heater stone placement or adding substances other than water to stones
  • Installing on uneven surfaces or without proper electrical circuits
  • Modifying sauna dimensions, materials, or heater specifications
  • Unauthorized electrical work or repairs on heater systems

Our Commitment: For covered defects, we will provide replacement parts, replace the entire unit, or issue a refund at our discretion. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and may differ from originals. We cover shipping costs for returns but not labor, installation, or removal costs.

  • Original purchase receipt
  • Product model and purchase date
  • Description and photos/video of the defect

Natural Wood Disclaimer: As wood is a natural material, we cannot warranty against natural aging, weathering, or variations inherent to natural materials when they don't affect structural integrity or safety.

Some states don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights varying by state.
